they must fire the person in charge of electronic and electric devices: TV in the room didn't work, had to call service to reboot it (yes, reboot, not turn off and on! ) how come they chose a system so complex that needs special rebooting when it fails) to get internet the procedure is: 1-you must ask for a number at reception 2- you go to the room and turn TV on-3 if TV turns on you select a special page 4- you type the code they gave you at reception-5 another page opens and it gives you a username and password 6 you turn your PC on connect to wireless and introduce PW and UN. Couldn't think of anything more absurd? like TV gives you a number to dial on the phone which will send yuo back an SMS with PW.... Last, the super sophisiticated light control box didn't work, had to unplug lights form the wall to turn them off. Really a good investment in technology!

The location of the hotel was great, just off the main square. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our entire vacation. Would definitely come back.

Cozy and comfy stay!

The rooms were super cozy and had great furnishings. The lobby bar was a chill spot for drinks. Breakfast was on point, with coffee and eggs made to order.

I enjoyed deluxe twin room with all the amenities. Having a hair dryer, a spa bathtub, and a bidet was a bonus. The location of this hotel next to including the tramway was great and stunning. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Brennpunkt, they had some goodies, drinks.

Staff were outstandingly accommodating and absolutely kind at any hour!!

Came here for 1 night with my family, had a really really nice stay. Superior twin room was top quality and fashionable had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows...

A special mention for good and central position, the professionalism and courtesy of staff and for perfect cleanliness. Beware, parking is public parking but decent and pleasant surprise with the maximum permissible height of 2.1 meters.

Wi Fi without cost is a minimum of effort that could make this hotel for his guests. Too bad, especially because the cost would be minimal with the maximum of benefits...

The location was enviable, within walking distance of an archaeological museum. The room was outstanding with good beds, and the breakfast was outstanding and nice.

Probably best hotel I've stayed at. The rooms were terrific. The complimentary breakfast might be the best in Italy. Right on main square where all the action is. I totally recommend this hotel!

We explored the fine Dolomites and enjoyed the vibrant local market. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection. The hotel is centrally located. Definitely recommend it for a fun group trip!

The only downside was the difficulty in finding a parking space initially. It took a while to navigate the garage. It would be helpful to allow extra time for parking upon arrival.

It is a very comfortable and well looked after hotel with a very high standard. What I mostly liked about this hotel, there was a nice plate of seasonal fruit left in my room every day.

I had a guest staying one night, I was asked to pay extra for the room!!!

The rooms were great-sized and excellent quality with a view of the mountains kept by the superfriendly staff. The location was particularly good, relatively near Maretsch Castle. There was an excellent restaurant, a Christmas market and a market next door.

The friendly staff anticipated my needs. The breakfast spread was excellent, outshining many hotels in the area.

The location, while beautiful, could be a bit challenging to access without a car.

The location was excellent. The price was a little high, but I would book here again due to the cleanliness of the rooms.

It was expensive for our family of three. The third bed was uncomfortable according to my daughter.

Stylish , comfortable and friendly boutique hotel in the heart of Bolzano. Could not be better.
